CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation of the charter by the charterer for any reason, the following cancellation policy will apply depending on the time interval between the booking confirmation and the cancellation date:
If a booking is canceled 10–30 days prior to boat embarkation, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total charter fee will apply. However, the client has the option to reschedule the same boat trip experience once, depending on vessel availability and after consulting with the company.
For cancellations made less than 1–7 days before boat embarkation, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total charter fee will be charged. Nevertheless, the client retains the right to reschedule the same boat trip experience once, subject to vessel availability and after consulting with the company.
In the event of a cancellation due to weather conditions, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total charter fee will be applied. Once again, the client has the option to reschedule the same boat trip experience once, based on vessel availability and after consulting with the company.
Please note: The company reserves the right to alter or adjust the proposed route based on prevailing weather conditions.
